Welcome to Shivaseva.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a platform dedicated to facilitating sacred
Hindu rituals, including online and inperson Shiv Puja, Abhishek ceremonies, and Vedic
astrological consultations. By accessing or using our services, you (“user,” “devotee,” or “you”)
unconditionally agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions, which govern your relationship
with Shivaseva.com. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms in

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By creating an account, booking services, or accessing Shivaseva.com, you agree to these
Terms & Conditions, our [Privacy Policy](), and all applicable laws.
1.2 If you disagree with any clause, immediately cease using the platform.
1.3 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at our sole discretion.

2. Services Overview

Shivaseva.com offers devotees the opportunity to book authentic Hindu rituals such as
Rudrabhishek, Panchamrit Abhishek, and Jal Abhishek at revered temples including
Omkareshwar Jyotirlinga (Madhya Pradesh), Mahakaleshwar Temple (Ujjain), and Mamleshwar
Temple. Online services involve priests performing rituals on your behalf at the designated
temple, with live streaming or recorded video updates provided where technically feasible.
Inperson services include endtoend arrangements such as priest coordination, ritual material
procurement, and reserved sacred spaces (mandir prangan) within temple premises. Optional
astrologer consultations are facilitated through thirdparty Vedic experts, and outcomes of such
guidance are not guaranteed by Shivaseva.com.

2.1 Online Puja:
Rituals (e.g., Rudrabhishek, Panchamrit Abhishek) are performed by priests at temples like
Omkareshwar/Mahakaleshwar on your behalf.
Live streaming/video updates are provided subject to temple internet connectivity and priest
availability.
You may request a recording if live streaming fails, but this is not guaranteed.
2.2 In-Person Puja:
We coordinate priests, ritual materials, and temple space for your chosen date/time.
You must arrive at the designated temple area (mandir prangan) 15 minutes prior to the
scheduled time.
2.3 Astrologer Consultations:

Guidance is provided by thirdparty Vedic astrologers. We do not guarantee outcomes of their
advice.

3. Booking & Availability

All bookings—including priest assignments, temple venues (e.g., Omkareshwar, Ujjain), and
time slots—are contingent upon realtime availability. While we endeavor to honor your
preferences, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate changes. Such circumstances include but
are not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, extreme weather).
  • Temple closures due to VIP visits, festivals, security protocols, or administrative orders.
  •  Priest unavailability (illness, emergencies).
  •  Public safety concerns (crowd control, riots, pandemics).
  •  Technical failures (livestream disruptions, payment gateway errors).

In such cases, Shivaseva.com reserves the right to substitute priests of equivalent expertise,
reschedule rituals, or relocate services to alternate temples. You will be notified promptly via
email/SMS and offered a full refund or priority rescheduling. Third-party dependencies (e.g.,
temple authorities, payment processors) are beyond our control, and we disclaim liability for
delays or cancellations caused by such entities. We will notify you promptly via email/SMS and
offer a full refund or rescheduled booking at your discretion.

3.1 Subject to Availability:

Specific priests, temples (e.g., Omkareshwar, Mamleshwar), dates, and ritual slots are not
guaranteed and depend on:
      Priest health/availability.
      Temple authority approvals.
Material sourcing (e.g., seasonal flowers, milk).
We may substitute priests/venues of equal expertise without prior notice.

3.2 Unforeseen Circumstances:

Services may be altered, rescheduled, or canceled due to:
Natural Disasters: Floods, earthquakes, extreme weather.
Temple Closures: VIP visits, security emergencies, festivals, or administrative orders.
Public Safety: Crowd control, riots, pandemics, or political unrest.
Technical Failures: Livestreaming disruptions, power outages.
    In such cases, we will:
Notify you via email/SMS within 24 hours.
Offer a full refund or rescheduling (your choice).

3.3 Third-Party Dependencies:

We are not liable for delays/cancellations caused by temples, priests, or payment gateways.

4. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Full payment is required to confirm bookings, and prices may vary based on ritual complexity,
temple fees, or seasonal demand. If you cancel 7+ days before the scheduled date, 75% of the
payment will be refunded (minus administrative costs). Cancellations made 48 hours to 7 days
prior qualify for a 50% refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations within 48 hours of the
ritual, as priests, materials, and temple slots are secured in advance. If Shivaseva cancels a
booking for any reason, you will receive a full refund or rescheduling option. Late arrivals (>15
minutes) for inperson puja forfeit the service without refund.

4.1 Payment Terms:

Full payment is required to confirm bookings.
Prices may vary based on ritual complexity, temple fees, or seasonal demand (e.g., Shravan
month).

4.2 Cancellation by You:

7+ Days Before Puja: 75% refund (25% deducted for administrative/logistical costs).
48 Hours to 7 Days Before: 50% refund.
<48 Hours Before: No refunds (materials/priests are booked, and temple slots are
nontransferable).
NoShows: Late arrivals (>15 mins) for inperson puja forfeit the ritual without refund.

4.3 Cancellation by Us:

If Shivaseva.com cancels a booking for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option
to reschedule. Partial service disruptions (e.g., temple closure midritual) will result in a prorata
refund or rescheduling of the remaining service.  .

4.4 Partial Services:

If a ritual is interrupted (e.g., temple closure midpuja), we will refund a prorata amount or
reschedule the remainder.

4.5 Chargebacks & Disputes:

Unauthorized payment disputes may result in permanent account suspension and legal
action.  Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes may lead to permanent account suspension
and legal action to recover losses.
